This project concerns the interior design of a tow-storey house located in Panorama, Thessaloniki. The extensive use of natural materials, natural light, and the design of clean, geometrically defined surfaces shape a warm and functional environment, ideal for a young family.

The residence unfolds across two levels. The ground floor hosts the daily living areas — kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathroom — while the upper floor accommodates the bedrooms, a guest room, and additional bathrooms.

The entrance leads directly into the dining area, where wooden wall and ceiling claddings create a transitional passage toward the living room. The travertine dining table acts as a central element in the space and is visually unified with matching travertine finishes in the living area. There, wooden furniture and a geometrically orthogonal ceiling structure enhance the room’s sense of prestige and timelessness. The kitchen is separated from the living room by glass sliding doors, preserving visual continuity while also providing sound insulation. The design follows clean, minimalist lines with wood as the dominant material. The kitchen island combines white minimal surfaces with a glass countertop in a terracotta hue, offering a subtle touch of color.

The connection between the two levels is achieved through a wooden staircase at the entrance of the residence. Upstairs, the master bedroom is defined by the harmony of straight and curved wooden surfaces, creating a calm atmosphere enhanced by the earthy and neutral tones of the finishes and furnishings. In the children’s room, white dominates the storage units, while pastel shades on the desk and bed add vibrancy and a cheerful character without compromising the clarity of the design. Following the same design direction, the guest room combines white-toned furniture with glass surfaces in earthy shades.

Natural light is enhanced by skylights on the upper level, while artificial lighting has been precisely designed: linear fixtures and spotlights on magnetic tracks provide both functional and ambient lighting. On the ground floor, pendant and floor lamps complete the lighting experience, enabling varied lighting scenarios depending on family needs.

The study concerns a hotel complex with suites and a spa located in the town of Kos. The main objective was the renovation and modernization of the hotel in order to give it a new identity while also meeting the increasing demands of its guests.
The complex consists of a structure forming a right angle, within which lies the outdoor recreation area. The central volume is organized into three levels. On the ground floor are located the reception area, breakfast hall, kitchen, and some of the hotel rooms. At the same level, the spa is also designed, featuring a distinct entrance from the rooms, while maintaining internal communication with the rest of the complex. The bedrooms are arranged across the first and second levels.
The hotel’s outdoor area is tiered and includes a swimming pool, a built-in bar, relaxation areas, and a restaurant space. The latter is a semi-outdoor area featuring a wooden orthogonal ceiling supported by wooden columns and built-in seating along the enclosed sides. The interior framework of the dining area consists of wooden beams with infill made of natural materials.
The hotel reception area includes the front desk and relaxation zones, and it connects to both the breakfast/bar area via a ramp and the hallway leading to the bedrooms. The reception counter is made of wood, matching the wooden paneling on the wall behind it. The ceiling section above the counter is constructed from wooden beams forming a grid, harmonizing with the orthogonal wall finishes. The flooring leading from the entrance to the counter is also wooden, in contrast with the rest of the area which is covered with ceramic tiles, emphasizing and highlighting the point of customer service from the moment of entry.
The bedrooms are distinguished by wooden furniture, combined with polished cement and metal details. Each consists of a unified sleeping and relaxation area, along with bathroom facilities. At the entrance, storage elements include a metal clothing rack and a wooden wardrobe with rattan surfaces. Opposite the door is a low built-in partition that includes washbasins and a metal mirror on one side, while serving as the headboard for the bed on the other. A bar counter is added for relaxation and to enjoy the view through the large window opening at that point.
Concealed lighting both indoors and outdoors is combined with pendant and tabletop light fixtures, giving each space its own character and making the hotel stay a truly unique experience.

The study concerns the interior renovation of a two-story residence in Pefka, Thessaloniki, creating a modern, unified living space that meets the needs of a four-member family. The design focused on remodeling the first level and functionally connecting it with the attic, transforming it into a master bedroom with a private bathroom.
The primary intention was to shape a space where functionality and aesthetics are in balance. The combination of natural materials such as wood and marble imparts a sense of warmth, elegance, and timelessness that identifies the entire home.
The main living areas, kitchen, and children’s bedrooms are organized on the first level. The living room is clad in wood, while the fireplace acts both as a connecting and dividing element between the relaxation area, the dining space, and the kitchen. In the kitchen, natural marble and wood create a harmonious dialogue with the rest of the home.
The children’s rooms include custom features that accommodate the needs for rest, study, and storage, while also leaving space for play.
The attic is redesigned as a private space for the parents. The master bedroom is framed by a marble fireplace and features large openings towards the unobstructed views. The bathroom is defined with transparent partitions, maintaining a sense of unity and light.
The choice of wooden cladding in the attic on both the walls and the sloped ceiling enhances the sense of cohesion with the lower level and completes the experience of the space.

On a 195 m² plot in the urban fabric of Thessaloniki, the owner requested the design of two identical but independent houses for his children. The design challenge was to ensure equality in terms of quality, space distribution, and functionality, while adhering to urban planning regulations.
The houses were designed with standardized floor plans, with the ground floor dedicated to living spaces. The living room is located at the front façade of the building, adjacent to the street, while the kitchen is positioned at the rear, leading to the backyard. On the first floor, the sleeping areas and bathrooms are placed.
In terms of volume, the two houses are distinguished by their sloped roofs and a common design language, with significant differences that make each unit unique. The main front façade includes an indentation that creates a parking space on the ground floor and a shared balcony for the two bedrooms on the upper floor.
At the rear façade, the building volume steps back, creating a shared balcony for the bedrooms and bathrooms. Externally, materials such as exposed concrete and metallic railings and frames in a blue-grey shade were used, providing a modern aesthetic while respecting the urban scale.

The study focuses on a residence design on a sloping plot. The plot’s defining features—steep slope, orientation towards the sea, and two access points from the road network—guide the design approach.
The main design principle is to organize the spaces in a way that enhances privacy while maximizing the connection to the views. The residence consists of two main levels and a third level accommodating auxiliary spaces, a closed parking area, and an independent guest apartment. The building’s mass is treated as a unified volume that follows the terrain’s slope, with intentional volumetric shifts and level changes to define the scale of the residence.

Access to the residence is from the southern side, via a specially designed atrium that enhances the sense of entry and privacy. The upper level contains the resting areas, which open toward the view, atrium, and accessible green roofs. The intermediate level hosts the living spaces (living room, kitchen, dining area), arranged to function as both independent areas and a cohesive whole. The lowest level sits above the road, allowing the guest apartment to benefit from unobstructed views and a separate entrance. The levels are connected via an internal staircase, with an alternative external access route along the western side of the plot, addressing the various usage scenarios.
The surrounding space and the green roofs serve as an extension of the residence, while simultaneously introducing a new scale to the overall massing, softening the feeling of the steep slope and enhancing the microclimate.

This specific project is a case study for the extension of a residence located in the outskirts of Kavala. The need for new, functional spaces created several design challenges that involved both the expansion and the management of the existing stone house, which was already on the plot.
The main challenge was to merge the old with the modern, harmonizing, uniting and highlighting the old building with the new. The new building volume is positioned parallel to the existing stone building and is connected via a glass corridor, functioning as an invisible joint, skilfully uniting the old with the new. This glass corridor creates an atrium between the two building volumes, creating a sense that the new building is at vicinity but also at a distance from the old one. The new addition is situated within the greenery, with the stone building serving as a backdrop, showcasing the natural beauty of the location.
For the existing volume, it was proposed to display the masonry by carefully re-exposing the stone to point up the stone mass. The careful reconstruction of the existing building includes the preservation of the wooden roof with the addition of steel tie rod trusses. New openings were created in the stone volume to better accommodate the current building functions, and a new typology of wooden frames was established, as a common design tool used in both buildings.
The functions of the residence were redefined and rearranged, creating a new living experience, emerging the outdoor living with the indoor. The main entrance of the residence frames the view towards the outdoor landscape, through the glass corridor and the large openings of the new building. The living area is situated at a lower level in the stone building creating a sense of a hug, while the kitchen and dining area are located in the continuation of the ground level, in the new volume, with a direct connection to the greenery.
In the new building volume is also located the owner’s ceramics workshop, which communicates unhindered with the rest of residence but also operates separately with an independent external entrance. The resting, more private area is located on the first level of the stone volume, while part of it extends through the glass corridor to the roof of the new volume, incorporating the natural landscape into the upper level. The rearrangement of building functions allows for better connection with the outdoor space.
The exterior space was carefully designed to integrate harmoniously with the residence, using elements such as stone, corten, green components, and water, creating an environment that meets modern needs and expectations. The rich greenery and outdoor spaces offer an oasis of tranquillity and relaxation.

The study concerns the design of the interior spaces of a duplex house in Panorama, Thessaloniki, for a young owner. The main requirement was to create a contemporary outcome that exudes balance, tranquility, and a warm atmosphere. The design approach uses contrasts, clean lines, and strict contours. The sharp contrast of white and black combined with wood and marble harmoniously balance the design, radiating a simple aesthetic result.

The residence consists of three levels and a roof garden. On the ground floor, there is an open-plan living space, on the first level, the resting areas and bathrooms, in the basement, the gym area, and on the roof, the jacuzzi and outdoor relaxation areas.

Entering the residence is the staircase, which guides you to the other levels of the house. Its design aims to discreetly separate it from the rest of the space. The staircase is cladded in white marble with vertical marble elements enhancing the sense of unity in the interior. The handrail is supported by a wooden structure, which encloses vertical lighting, emphasizing the height of the staircase.

The living room and dining area are located in front of the large balcony door and receive plenty of natural light, highlighting their importance in the space. In the living room, as a focal and meeting point both functionally and conceptually, a central custom-made piece has been designed that covers one wall. The fireplace, the television, and hidden storage and organization cabinets are created in this big piece of furniture. The variation of materials used characterizes the respective functional zones and creates a warm atmosphere. The linear hidden lighting highlights the wooden storage mass and simultaneously lightens it, differentiating it from the dark grey zone that runs lower.

The dining area and kitchen are discreetly defined by the use of black as a defining element and white as an element that lightens the space.

The master bedroom and bathroom follow the minimalistic design line that dominates the residence, combining black and white tones with wood, following a common aesthetic.

The lighting complements the design gestures. Specifically, recessed hidden linear lighting emphasizes the clean geometries created, while magnetic tracks are used on the ceilings, with linear lights and spotlights for direct lighting. Finally, pendant lights underline the relevance of the kitchen island and the dining area.

The design of this particular project was based on the intention to create a space that reminisces the experience of a winery, while also functioning as a wine retail space.
Treating wine both as a unique display item and a product for sale, alongside integrating wine tasting, dictated key design principles regarding materials, colors, and layout.

The layout of the cellar space is organized to serve the dual purposes of storage and display. The space is divided into two levels, creating two areas for wine placement according to their type and age. Bottle display line the perimeter of the space in specially designed structures. In the center of the space, a composition consisting of a large table, which hosts the wine tasting experience, and the cash register unify the two levels, creating a circular path around the space.

Industrial materials, shades of black and copper, in combination with strategically placed lighting, aim to create a cellar-like atmosphere. The black flooring extends seamlessly from the entrance throughout the space, emphasizing the space’s structure. Custom shelves are placed perimetrically the space suiting accordingly the proportions of the bottles. The surface hosting the metallic display of aged wines is covered with glass, emphasizing their different significance while simultaneously creating reflections, adding depth and visual interest to the space.

Lighting plays a significant role in shaping the overall atmosphere, creating a dynamic interplay of light and shadow that accentuates the architectural composition of the space. Pendant thin fixtures at various lengths are placed in a staggered rhythm at different heights, providing direct lighting, while recessed spotlights offer general illumination in specific areas, accentuating the project’s features.

The space is carefully crafted to provide a calming atmosphere while ensuring privacy and functionality. The main design principle is focused on ensuring working comfort and functionality for both doctor and patient.

Upon entry, guests are greeted by light-colored wooden accents complemented by soothing tints of olive, creating a harmonious ambiance conducive to relaxation and healing. A large bench extends longitudinally the interior facade creating a minimal yet comfortable waiting area. The use of curves plays a key role in the definition of the boundaries of space and its character as a whole infusing the clinic with a sense of fluidity and warmth.

Functionality seamlessly melds with privacy as the clinic is divided into two distinct zones. The “public” zone, is where patients move freely (reception and waiting area) and the “private” zone, is where the medical services are provided (examination rooms, doctors’ office, services for the employees, WC, etc). This functional separation of public and private is soothed with the use of frosted semi-transparent glass doors allowing to observe human movement.

Moving further into the clinic, each examination room is a sanctuary of comfort and privacy. The walls are painted in calming shades of blue, promoting a sense of serenity and peace. Furniture, carefully selected for both form and function, seamlessly blend with the overall design aesthetic, creating a cohesive and inviting environment.

Adjustable lighting is strategically placed in the clinic to provide sufficient illumination for comfortable and efficient consultations. Recessed thin LED strips traverse from ceiling to the floor adding visual interest while maintaining a soothing atmosphere.

The renovation of the notary office in the city center of Thessaloniki, Greece, focuses on harmonizing modern design with practical comfort, resulting in a welcoming space tailored for legal matters. The primary objective of the project is to cater to the daily requirements of a notary office, where concentration and mental clarity are paramount.
Adhering to a common design principle, the lower part of the walls is systematically zoned throughout the office. Wood is used as a material and is placed on the floor, in bookcases, and in places where their use needs to be emphasized, with the aim of warming up the space. The combination of marble and wood contributes overall to the creation of an imposing yet inviting and relaxing workplace.
The office layout is divided into two distinct spaces: the waiting area with employee desks and the conveyancer’s personal office featuring a dedicated meeting desk. This transition from a ‘public’ to a ‘private’ domain is accentuated by a wall acting as a separation element. This wall follows the zoning principle but introduces an additional element of wood cladding on the upper part, creating a captivating point of interest in the overall design concept.
For added convenience, a small kitchenette and two restrooms have been strategically incorporated to meet the diverse needs of office users. The extensive archive of contracts finds its home in custom wooden cabinets, which are thoughtfully dispersed throughout both the private office and the reception area.
Lighting plays a pivotal role in the office’s ambiance, with a harmonious blend of natural and artificial lighting. In the dropped ceilings, a combination of ceiling spots and magnetic rails is proposed. Spotlights in different sizes and light directions come to emphasize the geometry of the spaces and the movement in them. At the same time, hidden lighting with the use of linear LED is used in various places, creating an atmospheric lighting. Lighting not only creates a bright and pleasant atmosphere for the numerous daily visitors but also ensures a conducive environment for the employees who spend a significant portion of their daily lives in the workplace.
